The HP Smart Device Agent which utilises Jet Advantage Manager (JAM),works in partnership with the OneStop Data Collection Agent. The HP JAM Client (JAMC) is installed silently and requires no additional training to users. With the HP JAM Client installed, this will make diagnosing and fixing supported HP device issues more streamlined, saving time and money. With the implementation of SDS, it will also allow further control and insight on connected HP devices and enables OneStop to capture information on HP USB devices, allowing for accurate billing and support where previously limited.
