No Agent? No Problem: Flexible Data Collection with OneStop

Managing device data collection doesn’t need to be complicated. While the OneStop Windows Data Collection Agent (DCA) is the most common approach, we know there are times when installing an agent isn’t possible or practical.

That’s why OneStop supports multiple methods of collecting data — making it the most adaptable MPS platform available today.

Multiple Options, Maximum Flexibility

With OneStop, you can choose the right approach for each customer site. Whether it’s a fully connected office or an isolated environment, there’s always a way to capture the data you need.

Device Emails

Set up devices to email a monitored inbox. OneStop automatically extracts meter readings and consumable levels.
Currently supported: Brother, Toshiba, Sharp, HP

Embedded Applets

An applet installed on the device communicates directly with OneStop to report readings and status.
Currently supported: Lexmark, Ricoh

Third-Party Integrations

Seamless API connections make it easy to pull data directly from manufacturer tools.

  • Kyocera Fleet Services (KFS)

  • Canon e-Maintenance

Manual Entry

For sites where devices are isolated from external communication, OneStop allows you to add devices manually and update meter readings directly in the portal. Customers can also enter readings securely via a webpage.

Why It Matters

OneStop supports multiple data collection methods so you can choose the right approach for each site. More manufacturer integrations are also in development to extend compatibility even further.

This flexibility makes OneStop the most adaptable MPS solution available today.
