The OneStop Collection Agent

Able to run from Apple OS X, Linux and Windows, the OneStop Collection Agent reliably captures all data from the print devices on any IP network. This data is then processed and displayed conveniently for you in the OneStop MPS Portal.

For situations where installing onto an operating system is not suitable, we offer a Standalone Collection Agent which works as a self-contained device which can be configured via its own web UI.

Collect readings in one simple process
OneStop MPSPortal can be set up to automatically collect meter readings from any networked printer or MFD. Readings can be scheduled to take place monthly, weekly or even daily and the results are automatically uploaded to a central location for processing. This means that you can rest assured that the readings are always collected at the correct time.

Automation
As OneStop has the ability to provide up to date device readings, status reports and consumable levels, all of this data can be linked to management systems and service controllers to automate existing processes, saving time and money.

Local Printer Agent
The Local Printer Agent provides you with a tool that can be installed on all Windows computers across the organisation, and enables the collection of data from local printer devices that have not been installed on the network. This ensures that organisations have a complete understanding of all the printing that takes place across the business and can monitor costs accurately and take any necessary action accordingly.
