OneStop MPSPortal has been designed from the ground up to allow dealers to monitor
and track usage of networked printers and Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) at client
sites.
Meter readings and device status information is collected on a regular basis using
a collection agent installed at a client site. This information is then sent to
a central OneStop server, where it is stored, processed and can be reported on.
An easy to use web interface allows devices to be monitored and reported on, and
optional notifications can be sent via SMS or email to service technicians, ensuring
that your customers get the best possible service.
