Our Tech-Time Sessions are designed specifically with the School ICT Co-ordinator in
mind, with the aim of equipping them with all the knowledge and skills they need to help
them manage their routine IT tasks.
These weekly 3-hour sessions with your regular technician are completely tailor-made to your
requirements to ensure your school and staff are getting the best out of your IT investment.
You set the agenda each week depending on your own priorities but topics typically
covered include:

- Maintaining records of all hardware and software
- Preparation of IT Suite for specific lessons
- Installation of software onto multiple PCs
- Installation of software patches and service packs
- Housekeeping tasks such as: deletion of temporary files, defragmentation of disks, arrangement of desktop icons
- Ensuring correct functionality of installed hardware and software
- Management of consumables
- Ensure updating of Antivirus definitions
- Assisting ICT Co-ordinator with staff training on IT related issues
- Planned maintenance of projectors
