It’s a fact of life that any type of hardware which is subject to a certain amount of daily
use eventually wears out or breaks and can be expensive to replace.
Our repair and maintenance services are part of the package and cover your audio-visual,
computer and network equipment.

We also offer a ‘best attempt’ service on other types of
electrical goods* and although we’re not magicians and so
can’t guarantee to fix everything every time, we will ensure
that we will try our very best – and if we can’t fix it or if the
cost of the repair would be more expensive than a new one
then we will arrange to specify and obtain a competitive
quote for a replacement item. |

* Items covered by ‘best attempt’ service include: fax machines,
laminators, digital cameras, video cameras, OMR’s, laptops,
data projectors, interactive whiteboards.
Items not covered include: consumables such as ink, paper, cartridges,
drums, printheads, disks, writable CD’s, OHP/projector bulbs and
products purchased from a third party.
